COCONUT COCKTAIL RECIPES

Tropical Coconut Breeze

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coconut liqueur

    • 1 oz white rum

    • 2 oz pineapple juice

    • 1 oz lime juice

    • Splash of club soda

    • Pineapple wedge and mint for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. In a shaker, combine coconut liqueur, white rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice with ice.

    2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.

    3. Top with a splash of club soda.

    4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh mint.

 

Coconut Espresso Martini

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coconut liqueur

    • 1 oz vodka

    • 1 oz fresh espresso

    • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur

    • Coffee beans for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Combine coconut liqueur, vodka, espresso, and coffee liqueur in a shaker with ice.

    2. Shake vigorously until chilled.

    3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

    4. Garnish with a few coffee beans.

 

Coconut Mojito Twist

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coconut liqueur

    • 1 oz white rum

    • 1 oz lime juice

    • 1 tsp sugar

    • 8-10 fresh mint leaves

    • Club soda

    • Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Muddle mint leaves and sugar with lime juice in a glass.

    2. Add coconut liqueur, white rum, and ice.

    3. Stir and top with club soda.

    4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.

 

Coconut Colada

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coconut liqueur

    • 1 oz rum

    • 2 oz coconut cream

    • 2 oz pineapple juice

    • Crushed ice

    • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Blend coconut liqueur, rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice until smooth.

    2. Pour into a tall glass.

    3. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.

 

Coconut Margarita

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coconut liqueur

    • 1.5 oz tequila

    • 1 oz lime juice

    • 0.5 oz triple sec

    • Salt for rimming the glass

    • Lime wheel for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Rim a glass with salt and fill with ice.

    2. In a shaker, combine coconut liqueur, tequila, lime juice, and triple sec with ice.

    3. Shake well and strain into the glass.

    4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
