SORREL COCKTAIL RECIPES

Spiced Sorrel Mule

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal sorrel liqueur

    • 1 oz dark rum

    • 0.5 oz lime juice

    • Ginger beer

    • Lime wedge and mint for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. In a glass with ice, combine sorrel liqueur, rum, and lime juice.

    2. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

    3. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint.

 

Sorrel Spritz

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal sorrel liqueur

    • 1 oz Aperol

    • Prosecco or sparkling wine

    • Splash of club soda

    • Orange slice for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Fill a wine glass with ice.

    2. Add sorrel liqueur and Aperol.

    3. Top with Prosecco and a splash of club soda.

    4. Garnish with an orange slice.

Sorrel Sour

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal sorrel liqueur

    • 1 oz bourbon

    • 0.75 oz lemon juice

    • 0.5 oz simple syrup

    • Egg white (optional for frothiness)

    • Bitters and lemon twist for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. In a shaker, combine sorrel liqueur, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).

    2. Shake without ice for 20 seconds, then add ice and shake again.

    3. Strain into a glass.

    4. Add a few dashes of bitters and garnish with a lemon twist.

 

Sorrel Planter’s Punch

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal sorrel liqueur

    • 1 oz white rum

    • 1 oz dark rum

    • 1 oz pineapple juice

    • 0.5 oz lime juice

    • Dash of Angostura bitters

    • Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

    2. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.

    3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
