GRAPEFRUIT COCKTAIL RECIPES

Ruby Sparkler

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal grapefruit liqueur

    • 1 oz gin

    • 0.5 oz lemon juice

    • Prosecco or sparkling wine

    • Grapefruit twist for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. In a shaker, combine grapefruit liqueur, gin, and lemon juice with ice.

    2. Shake and strain into a flute glass.

    3. Top with Prosecco.

    4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

 

Citrus Cooler

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal grapefruit liqueur

    • 1 oz vodka

    • 1 oz elderflower liqueur

    • 2 oz club soda

    • Grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Combine grapefruit liqueur, vodka, and elderflower liqueur in a glass with ice.

    2. Stir and top with club soda.

    3. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.

 

 

Grapefruit Margarita

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal grapefruit liqueur

    • 1.5 oz tequila

    • 1 oz lime juice

    • 0.5 oz triple sec

    • Salt or sugar for rimming the glass

    • Grapefruit wedge for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Rim a glass with salt or sugar and fill with ice.

    2. In a shaker, combine grapefruit liqueur, tequila, lime juice, and triple sec with ice.

    3. Shake and strain into the glass.

    4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

 

Pink Sunset

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal grapefruit liqueur

    • 1 oz white rum

    • 1 oz cranberry juice

    • 0.5 oz lime juice

    • Splash of club soda

    • Lime wheel and mint for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Combine grapefruit liqueur, rum, cranberry juice, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.

    2. Shake and strain into a glass with ice.

    3. Top with club soda.

    4. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

 

Grapefruit Negroni

  • Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz Bajan Artisanal grapefruit liqueur

    • 1 oz gin

    • 1 oz sweet vermouth

    • 0.5 oz Campari

    • Grapefruit peel for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

    2. Stir until well chilled.

    3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.

    4. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
