Bajan Bite

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal mauby liqueur

    • 1.5 oz aged rum

    • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

    • 0.5 oz simple syrup

    • Lime wheel for garnish

  • Instructions:

  1. Add mauby liqueur, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ridge Runner

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal mauby liqueur

    • 1.5 oz white rum

    • 3 oz coconut water

    • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

    • Lime wedge for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

    2. Add mauby liqueur and rum.

    3. Top with coconut water and add bitters.

    4. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Island Negroni

  • Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz Bajan Artisanal mauby liqueur

    • 1.5 oz dark rum

    • 1 oz sweet vermouth

    • Orange peel for garnish

  • Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Garnish with an orange peel.

Mauby Mule

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal mauby liqueur

    • 1 oz vodka

    • 0.5 oz lime juice

    • Ginger beer

    • Lime wedge for garnish

  • Instructions:

  1. Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.

  2. Add mauby liqueur, vodka, and lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer.

  4. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Duppy’s Cure

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal mauby liqueur

    • 1 oz overproof rum

    • 0.5 oz honey syrup

    • 0.5 oz lime juice

    • Mint sprig for garnish

  • Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
