COFFEE NOIR COCKTAIL RECIPES

Rockley Espresso Martini

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coffee liqueur

    • 1 oz vodka

    • 1 oz fresh espresso

    • Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously until frothy.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with coffee beans.

Rum Cream Dream

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coffee liqueur

    • 1.5 oz aged rum

    • 1 oz cream

    • Pinch of nutmeg

  • Instructions:

    1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

    2. Shake until well chilled.

    3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

    4.  Lightly grate nutmeg on top.

Midnight in St. Lawrence Gap

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coffee liqueur

    • 1.5 oz dark rum

    • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

    • Orange twist for garnish

  • Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

  4. Garnish with an orange twist.

Bajan Iced Coffee

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coffee liqueur

    • 3 oz cold brew coffee

    • 1 oz milk

    • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add coffee liqueur, cold brew, milk, and simple syrup.

  3. Stir well to combine.

  4. Serve immediately.

Coco Café

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Bajan Artisanal coffee liqueur

    • 1 oz white rum

    • 1 oz coconut cream

    • Toasted coconut for garnish

  • Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until smooth and chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with toasted coconut.
